Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NovaBill, you agree to be bound by this legal contract. These terms govern your access to and use of our financial platform, mockups, and automated services.

You must be a verified freelancer or business entity to use the platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The free version of NovaBill is provided with specific legal constraints. Users on the free tier are limited to exactly 2 invoice creations and 2 revisions per invoice per week. These limits are reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC.

NovaBill offers two paid tiers: Standard Premium ($4.99/mo) and AI Pro ($9.99/mo). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings; however, previously paid fees are non-refundable.

Free users may consent to view rewarded AdMob video advertisements to earn +1 additional invoice creation token. This system is capped to prevent abuse and ensure platform stability.

NovaBill provides AI-driven drafting tools. You explicitly acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Users are legally responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any draft before issuing it to clients. NovaBill accepts no liability for errors in documents generated by our AI engine.

Users retain absolute ownership over their invoice content and client data. NovaBill retains all rights, titles, and interests in the application code, visual design, "Glamosphere" aesthetics, and brand identity.

You agree not to scrape the platform, use automated spamming tools, or attempt to reverse-engineer our API boundaries or security protocols.

NovaBill is provided "as is". We are not liable for any transaction delays, service downtime, or financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

NovaBill reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users have the right to execute a 1-click account wipe via settings, which permanently deletes their data from our production servers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. You explicitly declare adherence to Cameroon's Law No. 2010/012 of 21 December 2010 relating to Cybersecurity and Cybercrime.

We establish notification protocols for updating this contract. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or primary account emails.
